If you are generally not home during delivery hours, please use a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package. If the driver seems it necessary to obtain a signature and has made three delivery attempts, then the package is returned to us. After that no free delivery offerered. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delays: We cannot be liable for any delay of purchased goods due to courier / cargo company, flood, fire, wars, or any cause that is beyond our control. We use renowned Courier Company for the delivery of the products.

For Furniture’s "Full Wooden Packed Boxes" all items are packed & wrapped with Plastic sheets followed by 4 mm thermo foam sheets and fixed between 2.0 Cms thick thermo cols. After this packing the items are being packed in wooden boxes, then tied and banded with 18 mm wide steel strips thru machine. (Thereafter consignee and exporter's addresses are painted on the boxes).
